We realize that starting conversations about sensitive subjects is very hard and sometimes embarrassing. So we started using something so simple but has an impact as a conversation starter. Simply asking someone, "Hey are you 38"? This simple but powerful question allows someone who might not know or feel comfortable asking a sensitive question relating to mental health to engage in broaching this sensitive subject. It also allows the person being asked if they are 38 a chance to stop and think about how to respond because it shows someone cares and is thinking about them. You can either answer I'm 38 or no I'm not 38. This allows the conversation to continue and expand. So what are you waiting for, ask someone today, ARE YOU 38?
