In the law enforcement community of Southwest Louisiana, 10-38 signifies all is well, I'm ok, everything is alright. "But the reality is, many are silently suffering. In law enforcement, these words are crucial. But too often, they're not true. This initiative is a response to the devastating loss of fellow officers and a personal battle with PTSD. We're here to provide support and understanding, helping individuals navigate the challenges of mental health. We believe in the power of community, and together, we can help each other find our 10-38.

10 38 is more than just a logo; it's our story. Our symbol, the number 10 intertwined with the number '38,' represents the core of our mission and embodies our message. The 10 is the preparatory command or the attention "grabber" that something is coming next, and the '38' represents 'Are you okay?' The intertwining signifies the complex relationship and often-hidden struggle between physical and mental well-being where physical health masks mental distress. It illustrates how someone can appear physically 'okay' while silently battling internal struggles the reality many face: appearing strong on the outside while battling within. We are dedicated to bridging that gap, bring those struggles into the light and provide support helping individuals achieve mental health well-being.
